In preparation for the holiday season, please take note of the following service changes and closures for SureFund™ that may impact your deals:
December 22nd:
SureFund will be operating during regular office hours.
Note: For deals closing on December 22nd with Cheque Payments, deliveries will not arrive until December 27th; please be sure to add appropriate per diems.
December 25th and December 26th:
Teranet offices will be closed in observance of the statutory holidays.
December 27th to 29th:
SureFund will be operating during regular office hours.
Note: For deals closing on December 29th with Cheque Payments, deliveries will not arrive until January 2, 2024; please be sure to add appropriate per diems.
January 1, 2024:
Teranet offices will be closed in observance of the statutory holiday.
