Please take note that SureFund™ Customer Service will be closed on Monday, August 1, 2022 in observance of the Civic Holiday in Ontario.
What does this mean for disbursements?
Although you will be able to log into SureFund™ to prepare, sign, submit, and release deals for disbursement, please take note that Ontario financial institutions will also be closed on August 1st. Therefore, any payments may not be processed until the next business day. It is recommended that the appropriate per diems be applied to all disbursements.
Please also consult your financial institution about their ability to process your wire transfers to the SureFund Disbursement Account on the holiday, as this may also require additional per diems.
Special Note on Cheque payments and courier deliveries:
- For deals with cheque payments on Friday, July 29, 2022, courier deliveries should be expected to arrive on August 2, 2022, since locations may be closed for the Civic Holiday.
- Any cheque payments submitted on August 1, 2022 will not be processed and couriered until the following business day with expected arrival on August 3rd.
Please be sure to add per diems appropriately for cheque payments submitted on the above dates.
